A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Nelliston-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Nelliston, NY kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Nelliston roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Nelliston isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Nelliston, NY, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Nelliston, NY-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Talk to a Nelliston property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Nelliston call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Nelliston jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Nelliston dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Nelliston crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Nelliston units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Nelliston homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Nelliston businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Nelliston job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Nelliston job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our Nelliston, NY warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Nelliston tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Nelliston job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our Nelliston dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
The closest available technician is routed to your Nelliston property with equipment staged and ready.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Nelliston job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Nelliston work order, not just in an ad. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.

Around-the-clock coverage in Nelliston includes extraction, drying, and Category 3 sewage response — nothing on that list waits for morning.
We build our paperwork specifically to match what adjusters need and will speak with your insurer on your behalf.
Dryness is confirmed with instrument readings against a documented dry standard, not just by feeling the wall or carpet.
Blackwater and sewage response is a core part of what our Nelliston team does, not a job we sub out.
Turn off the water supply if you can reach it safely, keep people and pets out of the flooded area, and don't run electrical devices near standing water.
Commercial response is a regular part of our Nelliston work — restaurants, offices, and multi-unit buildings included.
Most Nelliston residential jobs dry out in 3 to 5 days depending on how much material got wet and how long it sat before extraction.
Mold isn't inevitable, but the window to prevent it is narrow, which is why we treat speed as part of the Nelliston service, not an upsell.
Our Nelliston guarantee covers a 30-day callback window — if moisture shows up again from the same loss, we come back free of charge.
